Very good customer service, I was really impressed with their patience. The app falsely approves pictures that do not actually meet the requirements but they send emails immediately afterwards and work with you until every picture you paid for meets the requirements. Very fast and reliable, even over the weekend. I do not usually write reviews but this was amazing. Special challenge with a toddler but in the end we made it. Thank you!
Well, I would give it 5 stars, but until I used the Paid Option, my photo kept getting rejected! However, the staff did write to me once I paid for the photo to let me know that THAT picture would also not be acceptable. But, they let me submit another picture to them, free of charge, and that picture was usable. Nice, during the pandemic, not to have to go someplace to get an acceptable picture taken. I would use them again if the need arose.
