If you don’t have your profile yet, follow the instructions on the website and set up an account. There, you’ll find all the necessary information about your passport and supporting documents.

Your Prenot@mi account is absolutely essential for booking passport appointments abroad. So, to renew your Italian passport in the UK, you must have access to the system. Moreover, before starting your application, ensure that your birth certificate has been formally registered with the Italian authorities—if not, it must be attached to your application.

There are different consular services depending on the child’s age. The list of documents remains the same—the only difference is in the payment method, depending on whether you’ll receive your child’s passport on the spot, during the appointment, or via post.

  2. A passport photo authentication form AFT2.
  3. Three passport photos.
