Terms and Conditions for the Use of PhotoAiD Sites and Points
About Us
We are a group of entities providing services via sites and mobile apps (respectively referred to as "Sites") and stationary points (e.g., Photo Cabins, Photo Kiosks) ("PhotoAiD Points"). The Sites and PhotoAiD Points are operated by various entities from the PhotoAiD group or in cooperation with our partners. Detailed information about the entity responsible for a given Site or PhotoAiD Point, including registry and contact details, can be found in Appendix 1 to the terms and conditions.
The scope of services provided at PhotoAiD Points may vary and is always based on the information provided at the PhotoAiD Point.
These terms and conditions cover the Sites and PhotoAiD Points where these terms are posted. Our main Site is PhotoAiD.
In the remainder of these terms and conditions, we use the expressions "we", "our" to refer to PhotoAiD S.A. or another indicated entity from our group as the service provider, including the seller of Products, and the terms "You", "Your" to designate you as the recipient of our services.
A few words about these terms and conditions
These terms define how we provide services electronically or describe the rules for concluding distance contracts and contracts for the supply of digital content with us. The terms also outline the rules for providing services at PhotoAiD Points (if applicable).
We provide services within our Sites and PhotoAiD Points in accordance with these terms, so please read them before you start using our services. By services, we also mean offering, executing, and selling various types of products (e.g., personalized goods, private photos, or official document photos) ("Products") on the Sites and PhotoAiD Points, including those created using generative artificial intelligence technology, as well as those automatically generated using this technology (e.g., greeting cards, official document photos – if applicable) ("Automated Products"). In the following sections, the term 'service provider' also includes the seller of the Products.
We have the right to introduce changes to these terms or our services for legitimate reasons, especially if there is a need to adapt our services to a new technical environment, to prevent abuse, to ensure data confidentiality, for operational reasons, or due to changes in legal provisions if they affect these terms or the rules for providing services. We will inform you of such changes well in advance in a manner required by applicable law.
These terms and conditions do not apply to PhotoAiD Points operated by a photographer – the rules for such points are available on the Sites and directly at those points.
You can post a review about a purchased product or service – to do this, follow the instructions that will be attached to the link enabling you to post a review. Reviews may only concern the features or properties of the product, service, or their parts. PhotoAiD verifies that the published consumer reviews come from individuals who used our services or purchased our products.
What are the general rules regarding the use of our services?
To use our services, you must be at least 16 years old.
If you upload files (e.g., photos) depicting third parties on the Site or at a PhotoAiD Point, you declare that you have all the necessary rights to share their image with us, and for us to use the file for the purposes indicated in the terms, specifically to fulfill the order, which includes processing it, printing it, and placing it on Products or Automated Products (if applicable). You also declare that our fulfillment of the order using the image of a third party remains compliant with applicable law, specifically that you have the consent or authorization to use that person's image for the purposes outlined in the terms, for us to fulfill the order.
You commit that the files you submit do not infringe the rights of third parties, including copyrights, image rights, or personal rights. In the event of claims submitted by third parties, you bear full responsibility for the content and the consequences of their use by the Site or PhotoAiD Point in accordance with your order.
Within the Sites or PhotoAiD Points, we may place our advertising content, including the content of our partners.
We may organize promotional campaigns, grant discounts, issue vouchers, discount codes, and conduct other marketing activities aimed at increasing the attractiveness of our offer. Information about promotion conditions, including duration, participation rules, restrictions, and rights, will always be provided to consumers clearly and understandably – on the Site or at PhotoAiD Points, in promotional materials, or in a dedicated promotional terms document, in accordance with applicable legal requirements. We stipulate that promotions are not permanent and may be limited in time or quantity.
Content regarding our services (e.g., descriptions, prices, parameters) is informational, which means it does not constitute an offer under the law, but rather an invitation to place an order.
Some services may be offered by our partners – in that case, their details will be found on the appropriate Site or at the PhotoAiD Point. If no other service provider is indicated, we are the service provider for the services or Products.
If you are a consumer from the European Union and you conclude a distance contract with us (e.g., via the Internet), you have the right to withdraw from it within 14 days of its conclusion – without giving any reason. Information on the rules for exercising the right of withdrawal and a model withdrawal form can be found in Appendix 2 to these terms and conditions.
REMEMBER, HOWEVER, THAT THE STATUTORY RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM A DISTANCE CONTRACT DOES NOT APPLY TO CONTRACTS WHERE THE SUBJECT OF THE SERVICE IS NON-PREFABRICATED GOOD, MANUFACTURED ACCORDING TO THE CONSUMER'S SPECIFICATIONS OR SERVING TO SATISFY THEIR INDIVIDUALIZED NEEDS (E.G., PRODUCTS, INCLUDING AUTOMATED PRODUCTS).
What services do we offer?
- We offer both paid and free services. We provide our services both online – within the Sites – and physically – at PhotoAiD Points.
- Sites may be provided using generative artificial intelligence technology.
- We are constantly working on improving our services, so we reserve the right to change their scope for important reasons, in particular due to changes in legal provisions, changes in service functionalities related to adapting to changes in our IT environment or the environment of our partners, introducing new services, specific obligations imposed by state authorities, improving service operations, preventing abuse, as well as for security reasons. The above does not affect the rights you acquired before the change comes into effect. If these changes would significantly and negatively affect your ability to use the services, we will inform you of such changes well in advance.
- The scope, payment requirements, and availability of specific services may differ depending on the country or service channel. In some countries, we may offer additional functionalities (e.g., self-service photo editing tools) or limitations (e.g., lack of expert verification for photos). A detailed description of currently available services is always located on the specific Site or at the PhotoAiD Point.
- We provide the following services within the Sites:
- Document photo creator: allows you to upload a photo to the Site and create an official document photo based on it.
- Automatic initial verification of document photos: consists of two steps: adjusting the photo dimensions to the official requirements for a public document, removing the background, followed by automatic verification of whether the photo meets further requirements (e.g., no head tilt, no objects other than the photographed person in the photo). The automatic initial verification is carried out using artificial intelligence technology.
- Expert verification of document photos: a service in which our expert checks whether the photo meets the official requirements for an official document.
- Price Refund Guarantee: a service available in selected Sites, under which we will refund you 200% of the total price of the document photo, along with any delivery costs (excluding the price of the Price Refund Guarantee itself, if the service is paid), if the aforementioned photo taken on the Site and positively verified by an expert is subsequently not accepted by an office due to non-compliance with that office's official requirements regarding document photos.
- Product retouching: a service that enables the improvement of Product quality by enhancing contrast, correcting imperfections, including providing retouching guidelines, etc., available in selected Sites. For document photos, changes will be implemented provided they do not affect the photo's compliance with official requirements for document photos. Product retouching may be carried out using artificial intelligence technology.
- Product creator other than document photos: allows you to select a Product other than a document photo (e.g., souvenir photos, photo books, photo calendars, etc.), set project parameters, create a project, approve it, and add it to the cart.
- Online store: enables finalizing the purchase of a Product within the Site, along with delivering the Product in the manner you choose.
- Adding service reviews: a service allowing you to express and share your opinion with us for publication regarding the Products you have purchased from us.
- Many of our services are free. Information about whether a service is paid, along with the potential price, is provided on the Site and before placing an order.
- We provide the following services at PhotoAiD Points:
- Execution or printing of a Product: we offer access to PhotoAiD Devices that allow for the execution or printing of a Product, including a document photo. Information about Point locations is available on the Sites.
- Execution and printing of an Automated Product: in PhotoAiD Devices, we enable the automatic transformation of a graphic file or photo you provided into a customized Automated Product (e.g., a greeting card).
What technical requirements must you meet to use our services?
- For Sites and PhotoAiD Points: a device with Internet access, such as a computer, tablet, or phone, equipped with a web browser (e.g., Chrome version 130 or newer, Firefox 128 or newer, Safari 15.6 or newer, Edge 130 or newer, and other browsers based on the Chromium engine version 130 or newer, such as Brave, Opera, or Arc) or a dedicated apps installed on the device. For mobile devices with Android (minimum version 7.0) or iOS (minimum version 15.0), support for cookies and similar technologies, including the ability to handle JavaScript, is also essential to ensure the proper functioning of the Sites.
- Additionally, for PhotoAiD Points: when connecting your device with a PhotoAiD Device:
- Via USB cable: the device must be technically functional, with a working USB port.
- Via QR code: the device must be technically functional, have Internet access, operate on the Android system (min. version 6.0+) or iOS (min. version 9+), and have an active Internet connection.
- App updates: apps may be updated. Installing updates may be necessary for the app to function properly. Information about available updates will appear in the app. A lack of updates may cause errors or functional limitations. Additionally, if the app malfunctions, you are obliged to cooperate with us so that we can determine the cause of the error and restore proper functionality.
- Tool testing (beta version): within the Sites, we may temporarily make functionalities available in the testing phase, and they may not be available to all users. Their visibility may depend on, among other things, your browser settings (e.g., adblocker activity) or location. These functionalities are temporary and may be modified or disabled without prior notice. Using them is subject to the rules defined on the Sites.
- Your responsibility: you are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the technical requirements. If something is not working correctly, you must cooperate with us so that we can identify the source of the problem and propose remedies.
- Security: using the Internet carries risks, such as data interception by unauthorized persons. We specifically recommend using security measures to protect your identity and avoiding the use of services on unsecured devices or networks.
How can you order our services?
- Services within the Sites
Ordering Products in our Sites follows a similar process. You place an order via an interactive form available on the Site. In the creator, you specify the type of order – a document photo or another Product.
Next, you choose how to upload the file that will be the basis for the Product – you can upload your own file from your device or take a shot using our webcam or the camera on the device you are using. To do this, follow the creator's instructions.
For document photos – after uploading the photo file, an automatic initial photo analysis takes place (automatic verification, however, does not occur when executing a Product at PhotoAiD Points). If the analysis is unsuccessful, you can repeat the shots or upload other photos for free. After successful photo analysis, you can proceed to the cart and checkout.
After adding the Product to the cart, you will be asked to choose the Product format (digital format or print) and any additional services, such as expert verification, Price Refund Guarantee, or Product retouching. These services may be available in some Sites as basic services when purchasing a document photo.
After selecting any additional services, you provide your details (e-mail), confirm the acceptance of the terms and conditions and that you have read the privacy policy, and then choose a delivery and payment method. An order summary will then be displayed confirming the selected options and the total amount to be paid.
To make a payment, click the "Pay now" (or similar) button, which equals placing an order, and follow the Site's instructions – depending on the chosen payment method, the Site may redirect you to an external payment operator's Site to finalize the transaction. After a successful payment, a screen will display indicating your order has been received along with its current status.
We only process orders that have been paid in full.
After the order processing is complete, depending on the selected format, you will receive the Product in digital format by the e-mail provided during ordering or a Product in another available format, which we will deliver on time and according to the selected delivery method.
As part of the expert document photo verification service, the photo is evaluated for compliance with official requirements. Under this service, our experts may also make necessary technical and aesthetic corrections, such as adjusting the background, proportions, contrast, or sharpness, to align the photo with current official document standards. After the verification process is complete, we will inform you of the results via e-mail – if verification was unsuccessful or our experts could not implement corrections, you will be informed of the option to upload or take a new free shot, or of other available solutions if an additional shot or upload is not possible. You may also choose to download the document photo despite a negative expert verification; however, in that case, the Price Refund Guarantee mentioned in points 4d) and 7 of the terms does not apply.
The above process also applies to Sites operated in cooperation with our partners, though for these Sites, you can use the additional option of printing the Product at a PhotoAiD Point at the partner's premises – in this case, payment for the Product print is made directly at the checkout of the partner's premises. You can easily locate the nearest PhotoAiD Points in partner premises using the search function on the Site. To use the Product print option at a PhotoAiD Point in a partner's location, it will be necessary to connect your device with the Partner's device – follow the instructions on the Site to do this. After printing the Product, collect the print confirmation and pay for the order. Detailed processes within individual Site may slightly differ, but if they do, follow the instructions available on the Site.

Services at PhotoAiD Points
Product execution and printing
You can use our PhotoAiD Points to execute a Product, including an Automated Product. Depending on the type of PhotoAiD Point, PhotoAiD Devices may offer exclusively the execution and printing of document photos, the execution and printing of other Products, or the printing of a Product or Automated Product.
Upon entering a PhotoAiD Point, activate the PhotoAiD Device screen by touching it. Then select your preferred language and read the operational instructions. In the next step, you will be asked to:
For a document photo: select the document for the photo or other additional parameters and confirm that you have completed the preparatory steps for the photo (information about this will be displayed on the PhotoAiD Device screen). The shot is taken after re-confirming the document selection. After taking the shot, you have the option to accept it or retake it, which requires contacting our technical support – available contact methods are included in the information at the Point. After accepting the shot, you can confirm your desire to print – to do this, follow the instructions (i.e., select the number of photos) and make a payment using the "Pay" (or similar) button. After finalizing the payment, the PhotoAiD Device will print your purchased photo. You can also retrieve the photo in a dedicated Site via a dedicated QR code for the photo.
For Products other than document photos: select the type of Product and upload a file from your device (follow the technical requirements regarding file format, size, and resolution – possible file sharing methods are described below). After providing the file, the PhotoAiD Device will process it and generate a Product design. Processing time may vary depending on the type of Product ordered. After generating the design, you will be asked to accept or reject the Product design. If you reject it, you have the option to generate a new design. If you accept the Product design, you must add it to your cart, choose the format (digital or print), select the delivery and payment method, confirm acceptance of the terms and conditions and privacy policy, and make the payment using the "Pay" (or similar) button.
Remember that Automated Products are created fully automatically using generative artificial intelligence technology, and the end result may differ from your expectations. Specifically, keep in mind that: the proposal may contain visual elements not directly included in the files you provided (e.g., backgrounds, decorations, artistic effects), including imperfections or unpredictable elements, and it may not fully correspond to the context of the photo you provided or your intentions, and it may not meet your subjective aesthetic or artistic expectations.
Before paying for the order: carefully check the Automated Products proposal to ensure the result meets your expectations.
Paying for the Automated Product confirms that: you have reviewed the Automated Product proposal and accepted it, and you understand the technology limitations described above.
The above does not exclude or limit your rights regarding the non-conformity of the Automated Product with the contract under applicable law.
Printing Products
If you are only interested in printing Products (including document photos) from your device, you can use PhotoAiD Devices. They may be present as an additional panel or as standalone units located in PhotoAiD Points. After selecting your desired service, you have the option to connect to the PhotoAiD Device via:
- USB cable: to do this, connect your device to the PhotoAiD Device using a cable, or
- QR code: to do this, scan the QR code located on the PhotoAiD Device with your Device, or
- other methods detailed on the Sites or at PhotoAiD Points.
After a successful connection, you will be asked to accept the terms and conditions and confirm you have read the privacy policy. The next step is selecting files from your device (in the case of a QR code connection – also from an e-mail, cloud, or other locations you have access to on your device at the time of connection) and transferring them to the PhotoAiD Device. Files must be in formats supported by the PhotoAiD Device – detailed information on supported formats is available on the Sites and at PhotoAiD Points.
After transferring the selected files, you must confirm which ones you would like to print. You also have the option to edit the Products. Next, add the selected service to the cart, where you will find a summary of the format and quantity along with the price. To proceed, click the "Pay" (or equivalent) button, which corresponds to placing an order. On the payment screen, you will find information about available payment methods – follow the instructions. Printing of Products will begin after payment confirmation. Once printing is complete, an additional message confirming the printing of all Products will appear on the screen.
Printing Automated Products
When you use the Product execution and printing service, we offer an additional Automated Products printing service, which is presented on the Self-Service Device screen after using services at a PhotoAiD Point; depending on the PhotoAiD Point, this service may be presented as a separate service accessible without the need to finalize the Product execution and printing service. To order an Automated Product, you should share a file (photo or graphic) from your device or use a file already shared. After sharing a file or selecting a previously shared one, it will be automatically processed. The process of creating an Automated Product may vary depending on the parameters of the file you provided and can take up to a few minutes. You can interrupt it at any time using the "Cancel" (or similar) function. The PhotoAiD Device will display several Automated Product proposals – these proposals may include a verbal description correlated with the shared file's content, but it cannot be self-edited. After choosing one or more, they will go to your cart. In the cart, you can edit the number of copies ordered and choose the delivery method (if available). After reviewing the order, click "Pay" (or similar) and complete the payment using your chosen method. Then, depending on the delivery method chosen, follow the instructions on the PhotoAiD Device screen.
Price Refund Guarantee
The Price Refund Guarantee is available in selected Sites.
To utilize the Price Refund Guarantee, you must meet the following conditions: (i) submit a request for a 200% refund in the manner described below within 14 days of the photo being rejected by the office, (ii) justify your request. Only one Price Refund Guarantee request can be made per the photo purchased.
The Price Refund Guarantee does not apply if: (i) the photo was rejected for reasons unrelated to its quality or compliance with official requirements for document photos, (ii) the photo was made based on a file you submitted that did not meet the office's technical requirements, (iii) you independently modified the photo after downloading it from the Site, (iv) you decided to finalize the photo order despite negative expert verification. The Price Refund Guarantee does not apply to orders of Products other than document photos. The availability of the Price Refund Guarantee for photos taken and purchased at PhotoAiD Points is based on information provided at those locations.
To request a 200% refund, contact us as described in section 15 of these terms. We will confirm receipt of your request and inform you of the next steps. We make decisions regarding refund requests without undue delay.
If your request is accepted, the photo price is refunded as follows:
- 100% of the photo price is refunded using the same payment method you chose when placing the order,
- Another 100% of the photo price (bonus) is refunded to a PayPal account. For certain markets, we provide additional refund methods – specific details regarding this are listed on the Site.
Both refunds are processed within 14 days of the acceptance of your refund request or from receiving the necessary data from you to execute the refund (if applicable).
The Price Refund Guarantee does not exclude or limit your statutory rights related to the non-conformity of goods or services with the contract, including the right to submit a statement of withdrawal from a distance contract, if applicable.
Delivery within Sites and PhotoAiD Points
Depending on the Site, PhotoAiD Point, and market, we offer various Product delivery methods, i.e., the option to save the file digitally on your own device, courier delivery to the address you provide, or delivery to our pick-up points. During the ordering stage, we will inform you of the available delivery options, estimated delivery times, and costs. If there are any delivery restrictions, we will inform you of them no later than the beginning of the ordering process. Additionally, information about the order status, including the chosen method and estimated delivery date, will be sent to you in emails during order fulfilment.
Prices and payment methods
All prices are provided in the local currency for a given Site or PhotoAiD Point and are total prices, i.e., they include all taxes (including VAT) and possible customs duties.
Before you place an order, we will show you the full price of the selected services and any additional fees, if applicable.
Depending on the service, we accept different payment methods. Information regarding the available payment methods for a given Site or PhotoAiD Point is provided during the ordering stage on the Site or in the Point.
Billing documents
After fulfilling an order, we issue a sales document in accordance with the requirements of applicable law, if applicable. If a sales document is issued, we will send it to you as described on the Site or PhotoAiD Point. To obtain a sales document in the form of a VAT invoice (if applicable), submit an appropriate request by contacting us via e-mail no later than the 14th day of the subsequent month following the service performance.
Refunds for services
If we refund money for our services, we will do so using the same method you used for the original payment – unless you agree to a different refund method.
If you submit a reliable document confirming that a document photo was rejected by the appropriate office, you may be entitled to a refund greater than the price of the original service (e.g., additional costs) - the refund of this excess amount may be processed using a different payment method than the original payment. We will inform you of the detailed conditions for such a refund via e-mail.
Liability for non-conformity of services with the contract
If you purchase a physical Product, digital content, or a digital service, we are responsible for their conformity with the contract in accordance with applicable law, in particular with the provisions applicable to consumers.
Personal data
Rules concerning the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data, as well as information about your rights, can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property and illegal content
Our Sites and PhotoAiD Points are our property. This means their name, appearance, logo, operation, graphics, interface, software, code, domains, forms, databases, trademarks, and logos are protected by law. You may only use them in accordance with the terms and with our consent.
Content you share on the Sites or PhotoAiD Points – such as photos, graphics, descriptions, or other files – remains your property. If you use services that allow collecting, processing, storing, or sharing them for printing (e.g., photo printing, placing on merchandise), you grant us a non-exclusive, unlimited in time, royalty-free license to use them to the extent necessary to fulfill the order, develop or optimize our services, ensure cybersecurity, and for similar business purposes.
For the purposes stated above, this license specifically includes:
- saving, copying, displaying, translating, technical modification, and the creation of derivative works,
- processing of content by our IT service providers, subcontractors, or contractors collaborating with us as part of the services we provide for the purposes outlined above.
We stipulate that your content will not be sold or shared for commercial purposes with third parties for a fee.
By sharing any files with us, you declare that:
- you possess full copyrights or appropriate licenses to use them for the purposes specified in the terms,
- you have obtained the consent of third parties captured in the photos to use their image, including processing it for the purposes defined in the terms, such as within the ordered service,
- the submitted content does not violate third-party rights, particularly copyrights, image rights, or personal rights.
In the event of third-party claims, you bear full responsibility for the submitted content and the consequences of its use by the Site or PhotoAiD Point in accordance with your order.
We reserve the right to edit, alter, or remove content you share with us. If you wish to further share content from our Site or PhotoAiD Points, you need our prior consent.
We protect our content from unauthorized copying and distribution. If we use security measures, you commit not to bypass or remove them.
How can you file a complaint?
If you are dissatisfied with our services or have any reservations about how the Sites and PhotoAiD Points operate, you can file a complaint by contacting the address provided in Appendix 1 to these terms and conditions.
In your message, include the order number (if you have one) and describe the problem – this will help us resolve your issue faster.
We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receiving it, or within another timeframe required by applicable law. If for any reason we do not provide a response within this time, we acknowledge that the complaint has been resolved in your favour. If the complaint is rejected, we will inform you via e-mail, explaining the reasons for our decision.
If you disagree with our decision, you have the right to use out-of-court dispute resolution methods – e.g., mediation or arbitration. More information and a list of institutions handling this can be found on the Sites of local consumer protection institutions.
Final provisions
These terms and conditions are governed by Polish law unless excluded by laws applicable to the consumer.
If you are a consumer from the European Union, the competent court for matters related to the rights and obligations arising from these terms is the court with jurisdiction over your place of residence. In other cases, the court with jurisdiction over our registered office applies.
We make every effort to ensure our services function correctly. Sometimes, however, interruptions or technical problems beyond our control may occur. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for Site or PhotoAiD Point disruptions caused by force majeure (e.g., breakdowns, natural disasters), actions of third parties (e.g., hacker attacks), or the incompatibility of the Sites or PhotoAiD Device at a Point with your device or software. We are also not responsible for the content you upload, store, or publish in our Sites while using our services.
It is forbidden to submit to the Sites or PhotoAiD Points, particularly via any forms available on the Site or PhotoAiD Point, any content that is: (i) unlawful (e.g., pornographic content, especially involving minors or without their consent, content inciting hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, religion, sexual orientation, nationality, etc., forged documents or their elements (e.g., counterfeit ID cards, passports, badges), (ii) content infringing copyrights (e.g., photos, graphics, documents to which the user has no rights), content containing personal data of third parties without their consent (e.g., scans of other people's documents), or content contrary to good morals (e.g., vulgar, offensive, or obscene content, or content that could be deemed socially unacceptable or contrary to the principles of social coexistence).
In the event we identify the content, we reserve the right to refuse to fulfil the order, which we will inform you about immediately.
Your content may be verified for compliance with the rules set out in these terms and applicable legal provisions.
We may refuse to process and store content if it fails to meet the requirements of these terms or is unlawful.
We have the right to remove content contrary to these terms and conditions at any time.
Content may be shared with entities authorized to receive it under relevant legal provisions, including competent law enforcement or justice authorities.
Any reports and complaints concerning content should be sent to help@photoaid.com. You can contact us in English or the official language of your country of residence if such an obligation arises from the provisions applicable to these terms.
In matters not covered by these terms, provisions of Polish law apply unless excluded by consumer laws.
All appendices to the terms and conditions are an integral part of them – they apply identically to the main content.
These terms and conditions take effect on 30.06.2026.

Appendix 2 – Information on the statutory right of withdrawal with a model withdrawal form
You can exercise the statutory right to withdraw from the contract if you are a consumer and reside in the European Union.
If you entered into a distance contract with us (e.g., via the Internet), you have the right to withdraw from it within 14 days – without providing a reason and without incurring costs, except those described below.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to: (a) products delivered in sealed packaging, which cannot be returned after opening due to health or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery, (b) services for which you must pay, if they were fully performed with your explicit consent, after you were informed beforehand that you would lose the right of withdrawal once the service was completed – and you confirmed this, (c) products manufactured to your custom order or tailored to your specific needs, (d) items which, after delivery, are inseparably connected to other objects, (e) digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium (e.g., download files), if you consented to its immediate sharing and were informed that in such a case you lose your right to withdraw from the contract – and you confirmed it, (f) services for which you must pay, if you explicitly requested their performance (e.g., repairs at your premises), and the service has already been fully executed with your consent.
If you submit a statement of withdrawal from the contract before we confirm the acceptance of the order for execution, our offer is no longer binding.
When does the withdrawal period begin?
For a product purchase – from the day you (or a person indicated by you) receive the product. If purchasing multiple products – from the day the last one is received. For other contracts – from the day of their conclusion.
How can you withdraw from the contract?
Simply send us an unambiguous statement of withdrawal – e.g., by e-mail or post. It is important to do this before the 14 days expire. Upon receiving your statement, we will immediately confirm its receipt – e.g., by sending an e-mail.
If you withdraw from the contract, all additional contracts linked to it that you entered into with us or our partners will also expire.
Consequences of withdrawal from a distance contract
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments made by you – including the product purchase price and (if applicable) delivery costs, but only up to the cost of the cheapest available delivery option we offer.
If you cancel a service that has already commenced (at your explicit request), you will have to pay for the portion of the service that was already completed up to the moment you informed us.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used – unless you explicitly agree to a different method that incurs no additional costs to you.
You are obliged to return the product no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from the contract.
Product Returns – Additional Information
To meet the 14-day withdrawal deadline, simply send the product back before the deadline expires – we do not have to have received it yet by that time. We may withhold the refund until we either receive the returned product or receive proof that you have sent it back – whichever occurs first.
