§ 1 General Provisions

  1. These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) set forth the rules for payment for products purchased through the Service available at https://passport-photo.online/ (the "Service”).

  2. The Service is operated by PhotoAiD S.A. with its registered office in Białystok, 71 Żurawia St., 15-540 Białystok, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Białystok XII Economic Department of the National Court Register under the number 0000941997, NIP 7831692257, REGON 302228040 with the share capital of PLN 110,800 paid in full (the “Seller”).

  3. A Buyer, within the meaning of the Terms and Conditions, is any person who has purchased a product offered on the Service through the Service (the “Product”). 

§2 Payment

  1. All prices of Products listed on the Service are gross prices (including VAT).

  2. The Buyer has the option to choose the payment method for the Product for a given purchase by activating the corresponding options visible on the Service. The Buyer is informed about the available methods and the deadline for making payment for the Product. The price of the same Product may vary depending on the selected payment method.

  3. After selecting the payment method for the purchase of the Product, the Buyer may be redirected outside the Service to make payment. Payment processing services are provided by third parties according to the terms and conditions specified in their regulations (hereinafter “Payment Service Provider”).

  4. For transactions processed through the Service, depending on the country, the following methods of payment for the Product offered by the Payment Service Providers selected by the Seller, i.e., Braintree or Bluesnap, may be available: payment cards, Blik, Przelewy24, and PayPal. Additionally, certain payment methods may be available depending on the operating system of the User's device.

§ 3. Personal Data

  1. The scope of the collection, disclosure, and use of Buyers' personal data, along with Buyers' rights, is detailed in the Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy.

§ 4. Final Provisions

  1. In matters not regulated in the Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of applicable Polish law shall apply, particularly the Polish Civil Code, Law on Consumer Rights, and Law on the Provision of Electronic Services.

  2. The Terms and Conditions are available on the Service.

  3. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. All purchases of Products made before the effective date of the new Terms and Conditions are carried out based on the Terms and Conditions that were in effect on the day the Buyer purchased the Product. The amendment to the Terms and Conditions comes into force within 14 days from publication on the Service.
