Products are shipped by the Seller to the address provided by the Buyer at the purchase stage, typically within 48 hours of purchasing a Product on business days.

- These products are shipped in the manner and through the operator chosen by the Buyer at the Product's purchase stage (the “Operator”). Estimated delivery dates are provided at the Product purchase stage. By choosing to have the Product delivered by a specific Operator, the Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions of service specified by such Operator, including the deadlines specified in its terms and conditions.
- If the Product is not received by the Buyer in accordance with the terms of service of the Operator selected by the Buyer or if the address provided by the Buyer at the purchase stage is incorrect, the Product is returned to the Seller to the shipping address, of which the Seller informs the Buyer and then destroys the Product.
§3 Complaints
The Buyer may directly file complaints on matters related to the delivery of purchased Products by e-mail to help@passport-photo.online.
The complaint should include the order number and an indication of the reason for the complaint.
The Seller will consider complaints within 14 days of receipt. The Seller will inform the Buyer about the refusal of the complaint and its reasons by sending an email to the address provided in the course of filing the complaint.
