Photos are ready in just a few minutes! Our experts work 24/7, even on holidays. Each photo is checked for compliance with the requirements. If it meets the standards, you’ll receive it in the app and via email. If the photo is incorrect, we’ll ask you to upload a new one—at no extra cost. You can easily upload it through the app or a link.
Photo requirements for official documents vary by country and document type. Contact us via the contact form and provide your order number along with the type of document you need—we'll help you get the correct photo.
Once your order is complete, you can download the photos directly from the order summary page. Additionally, the digital photos will be sent to the email address you provided when placing the order.
The process of getting a photo with PhotoAiD is quick and simple:

You can print your photo at a nearby store or pharmacy, or if you have photo paper, you can do it at home. Download our template to your phone or another device, select the 4×6 inch (10×15 cm) format, and set page fill to 100%. After cutting, the photo will have the correct dimensions according to document requirements.
The average delivery time is 2–3 business days from the shipping date. In rare cases—beyond our control—the delivery may be delayed. Please be patient, and if your order doesn’t arrive, contact us.
Currently, you can’t combine two orders into one shipment unless both orders are placed using the same email address—in that case, we’ll ship them together.
Yes, you can! After completing your order, you'll find a link on the summary page to request a print and shipping. If you can't find it, contact us through the contact form, and we'll send you the right link.
A photo rejection by the office is very rare and often results from the agent's subjective assessment. However, if it happens, contact our support team via the contact form. Provide your order number and the reason for the rejection so we can assist you as quickly as possible. If you have a document confirming the office's decision, such as a letter, you can attach it. Don’t worry—we’ll surely find a solution!
