The reviews come from our customer satisfaction surveys.
I ordered passport photos on the Photo Aid app and I have been very pleased and satisfied with both the photos and customer service. Because I did not receive the photos within the time frame of 3-4 business days, I contacted the customer service hotline via email. They responded promptly within an hour. I was reassured that my order would arrive very soon; otherwise, I should reach out to them again. My order did indeed come the following day. You will not be disappointed with both the quality of your photos or customer service.
Wonderful service, especially necessary during the time of COVID. My local drugstore does not provide this service because of health concerns. Out of desperation turned to this app. Super easy. Great feedback to ensure photo will be passport acceptable. Thanks! Relieved to have sent my passport application and photo from the ease of my home. Highly recommend.
Great app and great service! It was easy from beginning to end. I was not the best photographer but they emailed me back asking for a new photo with a list of reasons and suggestions as to why the original photo would not work. They allowed me to send in a new photo for approval via email. They then approved that one as per what the regulations are for the passport photo. I also upgraded to the printed version to be mailed to my home as well. I received two perfectly cropped photos in the mail just as promised. We will be back for more in the near future.
