• The photo must be of high-quality (clear, sharp, in-focus and without pixels).
• The lighting must be uniform, which means: no shadows in the background or around the head, reflections, or glare.

• The background should be plain white or lightly coloured.
• There must be a clear contrast between the applicant and the background.
• Skin tones must look natural.
