University of Sunderland Card - photo requirements

The photograph you are planning to submit has to meet all the official requirements in order to be accepted:

• There cannot be other people or pets on the photo
• It should be a portrait showing your head and shoulders
• The face must be fully visible and evenly lighted; style your hair and take any headwear or sunglasses off
• You should look directly at the camera
• The photo format should be .JPEG or .PNG

Where to collect the Campus Card?

The detailed information on the availability of the card, as well as the place to collect it will be sent to you by email. The photo should be uploaded minimum 10 days before the enrollment to make sure the card will be ready upon arrival. If you are not a newly enrolled student and like the photo on your current Campus Card, you do not need to upload another photo.

Card replacement

If you lost your Campus Card, the first thing you should do is inform the university in order to deactivate it. After that, you are ready to purchase a new card from the online store (the old one will not be active anymore, even if you find it). The replacement fee for the lost card is £10. If your card is damaged or expired, you can replace it for free by handing the old card. You can also replace a stolen card for free if you report it to the police and provide a crime number.
