In February 2021, Costco discontinued its in-store passport photo services.
But—
You can still print passport photos using their third-party provider, Shutterfly. A 4x6 photo print will cost you $0.20 through Shutterfly, and there are several shipping options to choose from:
- Economy shipping (7–9 business days): $2.49
- Standard shipping: $4.99
- Expedited shipping: $11.99
- Rush shipping: $19.99
Note that free shipping is only available for orders over $49. For smaller purchases, you must pay for shipping or choose in-store pick-up at other locations like CVS or Walgreens.
