The availability of Target’s passport photo services has been a source of confusion as different sources keep providing outdated or incorrect information.
Until 2022, taking a US passport photo at a Target store without an appointment had been a popular and convenient choice.
However, it’s important to note that passport photo services are no longer available at Target stores, as the Photo Center service has been discontinued.
While the official Target website gives no information about in-store passport pictures, they redirect customers to a third-party site called Ezprints. The site allows you to order your passport photos online conveniently and have them delivered straight to your doorstep in about 10 days.
Can you print passport pictures at Target?
No, you can’t print passport pictures at Target stores anymore.
As of 2022, the photo printing points and Kodak processing machines are no longer available. Target Photo site now offers a tool for customers to print their digital passport pictures and have them delivered to their homes.
Choosing that option will get you four identical copies of your passport photo that cost $9.99 plus delivery fees. To save some money, you can prepare a 4x6" passport photo template and have two pictures printed for only $0.39!
