From February 2021, Costco doesn't take passport photos in its in-store photo centers or online. But you can still print 2x2 photos for a passport using their third-party provider, Shutterfly for $0.20.

A 4x6 photo print will cost you $0.20 through Shutterfly, and there are several shipping options to choose from:

• Economy shipping (7–9 business days): $2.49
• Standard shipping: $4.99
• Expedited shipping: $11.99
• Rush shipping: $19.99

Note that free shipping is only available for orders over $49. For smaller purchases, you must pay for shipping or choose in-store pick-up at other locations like CVS or Walgreens.
